My fine fibrous friends, may I thank you for your comments on the running post. I know that your recommendation of yoga is wise, but I have an irrational aversion to yoga, much as I respect people who do it. I am not bendy, except in the middle in order to sink melodramatically on to a chaise longue with the back of one hand pressed against my furrowed brow.
